Roy is an excellent speaker and also grower of some very exciting orchids. Then a very special treat for October, Roy Tokunaga of H & R Orchids of Hawaii will be our featured speaker. This should be a very interesting presentation and an excellent follow-up to Dr. Dennis has been involved in studying rare and endangered orchid species in Florida and Cuba for several years and his latest efforts involve reintroducing some lost orchids of the Everglades using plant material from Cuba. His topic will be Reestablishing SW Florida's Lost Orchids. It turns out the Jerry will be our November speaker and Dennis Giardina, Everglades Region Biologist for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, will be our September speaker.
